At IFHS, we’re here for all of your health care needs at any age and any stage of life.

We want to hear about your health concerns and your health goals. You will work with a primary care provider at IFHS to create a treatment plan to address your health needs. Your provider and care team will work closely with you to support you in accessing the resources you need, including coordinating any referrals for care outside of our health center, and working with any additional specialists or other outside providers who are part of your care team.
